Qefy and its content, design, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, these Terms do not grant you ownership rights in Qefy materials.

You retain rights to your own content, but grant Qefy a limited license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the service.

Feedback you submit may be used by Qefy without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Third-party services and links

Qefy may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control third-party terms, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Qefy is not responsible for availability, security, or content provided by third-party services.

If a third-party integration is removed or changed, related Qefy features may also change or be discontinued.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including beta capabilities.

Planned maintenance, outages, and service limitations may occur and do not create guaranteed uptime commitments unless separately agreed in writing.

Paid services and billing

If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to applicable pricing, billing terms, and renewal terms shown at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for taxes, payment method accuracy, and any charges arising from failed or late payments.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Qefy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, or third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qefy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law.

Where a specific liability cap is required, it will be the greater of amounts paid by you for the service in the prior twelve months or the minimum cap required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qefy, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

This includes reasonable legal fees and costs resulting from third-party claims tied to your content, conduct, or violations of law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms end immediately, but provisions that reasonably survive termination remain in effect.

We may delete or anonymize account data after termination in accordance with our retention practices and legal obligations.

Governing law and disputes
