What happens when you save a video?

QueueFy stores a reference to the item in your library and puts it in the folder you choose. You can open it later from the queue without hunting through history or bookmarks.

Saving a video

Directly from the app or using the extension

In the QueueFy web app, open the add dialog and paste a link (⌘V on Mac, Ctrl+V on Windows)—you do not need to visit the source page first. With the extension on YouTube, use the quick-save button on the video, or open the extension popup to add a link to a folder.

Confirm in the queue

Confirm the item appears in that folder’s queue and adjust order if needed.

Common issues

The video will not save

Confirm the URL is supported (YouTube and many open-web players work). Try saving from the extension while the playback tab is active.

Items land in the wrong folder

Pick the folder in the save dialog each time, or set your default folder in extension settings if available.

Thumbnail shows but playback fails

Some publishers require opening the source site. Use Open on source from the queue.
