What are the Done and Trash folders?

Done and Trash are two special, pinned folders that ship with every Qefy account. Done auto-receives items you finish watching from a compatible app (web app, browser extension, mobile). Trash receives items you remove from other folders and items that overflow out of Done. They both have plan-based size limits so your queue stays focused.

How Done and Trash work

1. New items appear at the top

Both folders are sorted newest-first. When you finish a video, it lands at index 0 of Done; when you trash a video, it lands at index 0 of Trash. Older items drift toward the bottom.

2. Each plan has its own size limit

Done and Trash share the same per-plan limit. Free: 10 items each. Premium: 20 items each. Pro Max: 40 items each. Upgrade your plan to keep more history available without manual cleanup.

3. Done overflows into Trash

When Done exceeds its limit, the oldest items at the bottom are automatically moved into Trash (at the top, since they're the newest arrivals there). Nothing is deleted yet — Trash gives you a buffer to recover an item you didn't mean to mark as done.

4. Trash overflows are deleted

When Trash exceeds its limit, the oldest items at the bottom are removed permanently. If you want to keep a video around, move it back into a regular folder before it falls off the bottom of Trash.
