What is YouTube playlist sync?

YouTube playlist sync connects your YouTube account to QueueFy so selected playlists can be imported into folders and kept up to date. When new videos appear in a synced playlist, QueueFy can surface them in the right place without manual re-checking.

YouTube playlist sync tutorial: step by step

1. Open YouTube integration in QueueFy

In the QueueFy web app, open Settings / Configurations and find the YouTube integration area. This is where you connect your account and manage playlist imports.

2. Connect your YouTube account

Click the connect button and complete the YouTube sign-in flow. Once connected, QueueFy can read your playlists for import and sync (based on what you authorize).

3. Import playlists into QueueFy folders

Use the playlist selector to pick the playlists you want inside QueueFy. Assign each playlist to a folder so the content lands where you actually process it.

4. Turn on sync for the playlists (or per folder)

Enable sync so QueueFy keeps the imported playlists aligned over time. If you prefer, you can also enable YouTube sync per folder via the folder configuration modal.

5. Review new items inside your normal workflow

When new videos show up, review them in QueueFy like any other queue item: reorder, move to Done, or discard—without living in YouTube tabs.
