What does offline-first mean in QueueFy?

Offline-first means QueueFy is designed to remain useful during connectivity gaps. When you’re offline or flaky, actions can queue up locally and sync later so your workflow doesn’t stop the moment the network does.

Offline-first tutorial: step by step

1. Keep working when the network is unstable

Continue browsing folders and organizing as you normally would. If some settings are disabled while offline, focus on the actions that are still available and let QueueFy record pending changes.

2. Understand pending actions

When you perform changes during connectivity issues, QueueFy can store them as pending actions. This helps preserve intent so your queue updates aren’t lost.

3. Sync when you’re back online

Once you reconnect, open QueueFy and allow it to reconcile pending actions. In settings, you can also force a sync if you want to make sure everything is fully up to date.

4. If something looks out of date, refresh the current queue

When you return online, a refresh usually resolves mismatches. If you’re using YouTube playlist sync or extension playback, opening the relevant screen can trigger a refresh.
